This 25,000 sq.ft. home is a culmination in many ways of the success this client has achieved at an age that most just begin to mature into careers. All of 32!

Brief: To be a home that speaks of real ‘magnificence’, ‘difference’ and ‘courage’.

The architecture is built from a series of ‘overlapping volumes’. Rising tall on a fairly narrow plot the horizontal extensions were deliberate to give the structure a sense of ‘proportion’.

The formal drawing welcomes one into a space with a 30 foot ceiling from which drops a magnificent chandelier made of Czech glass which is fully controllable to any colour you choose.

The walls layered with juxtaposed silver travertine and surface panelled lighting adds to the depth and warmth.

This home in many ways sets out to confidently conquer all odds with its presence and exceed anyone’s expectations as one steps into its captivating presence.
