Classic Simplicity

This case is a 25-year old house renovation of a Singapore government housing. A couple whose children are still studying, hope to give their children a spacious growth environment, where they can live and work in peace and contentment, and inherit the value of the family. The designer focuses on simple and modern style, creating a space with practical functions, layback personality, and high-quality sense of feeling. In terms of color, it is laid out in black and white tones, the selection of meticulous materials, and the rich texture tones create an atmosphere of the environment and the carving of the details and textures, deducing the simple beauty of the ultimate, paying attention to the details and texture of the taste.

The public area on the first floor adopts a widened open and integrated pattern, and the connected living room and dining area can be seen through the entrance hall. The abnormal storage space under the stairs is used, and the mirror light belt is used to eliminate the heavy feeling of the cabinet, which is simple and durable. Meanwhile, the space function is strengthened and the indoor movement is optimized.
